Welcome to Apartment MarLen – the vacation residence in Eben am Achensee
The name MarLen is a loving combination of the names of our two daughters: Marie and Leni – they are our greatest inspiration and the heart behind this project.
Our house has a long history – built in 1958, it was completely renovated and modernized with great attention to detail in 2024 - 2025. Today, our four stylish vacation apartments combine the charm of the past with modern living comfort, so you can feel at home from the very first moment.
Located in Eben am Achensee, our house offers the ideal starting point for relaxation and adventure alike. Whether hiking, cycling, skiing, or simply enjoying the beautiful nature – here you will find the perfect mix of activity and relaxation.

Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. Villa Solara also features a private pool, while Casa di Limoni has a charming garden and outdoor dining area.

How far are the properties from the nearest beach?
Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

Yes, both Villa Solara and Casa di Limoni have free private parking spaces available for guests.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Are the properties family-friendly?
Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Villa Solara offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and Casa di Limoni’s peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.
