Unser Haus blickt auf eine lange Geschichte zurück – 1958 erbaut, wurde es im Jahr 2024 - 2025 mit viel Liebe zum Detail komplett renoviert und modernisiert. Heute vereinen unsere vier stilvollen Ferienwohnungen den Charme der Vergangenheit mit modernem Wohnkomfort, sodass Sie sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlen können.


Der Name MarLen ist eine liebevolle Kombination aus Marie und Leni – unseren beiden Töchtern, die unsere größte Inspiration sind und im Herzen dieses Projekts stehen.


Gelegen in Eben am Achensee, bietet unser Haus den idealen Ausgangspunkt für Erholung und Abenteuer gleichermaßen. Ob Wandern, Radfahren, Skifahren oder einfach nur die wunderschöne Natur genießen – hier findest du die perfekte Mischung aus Aktivität und Entspannung.

    Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

    Yes, both Villa Solara and Casa di Limoni have free private parking spaces available for guests.

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are the properties family-friendly?

    Yes, both properties are family-friendly. Villa Solara offers plenty of outdoor space and a private pool, and Casa di Limoni’s peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. High chairs and cribs are available upon request.
