• Quiet hours: please respect the night's rest from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Parties / Events: not allowed
• Waste separation: Please help us and separate the waste according to local regulations
• Balcony: Enjoy the view – please do not throw objects over the railing
• Damage: Please inform us immediately if something is broken – together we will find a solution
• Keys: In case of loss, we reserve the right to charge the cost of replacement
